Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:

Do you like horses? We have the job for you.

Loving Thunder is the only Premier Accredited Path Int'l center in New Mexico. We comply with the highest standards of therapeutic horseback riding and Equine Psychotherapy. Rarely does anyone think of all the care that our horses need. We need a few good people to help with those daily chores and keep our barns clean and healthy. We have daily volunteers so the job is not so big for any one person. We have 9 horses and it takes about 2 hours per day.

You should be healthy and able to lift 30-40 lbs. You can take all the time you want to hug on a horse. If you love horses and don’t mind a little physical activity, this is the job for you.

Would prefer to have 1-2 people each day to make the job easier and more enjoyable. We do not expect you to work 7 days a week. Once per week is preferred. Visit our website at www.lovingthunder.com or call 554-9493.
