Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

We need volunteers to staff education booths, art & crafts, face painting, etc.
No experience necessary - just of love of nature and having fun!
You supply the enthusiasm - we supply everything else.
Event is rain or shine.

Who Will Be Impacted Through This Project: 

This is a local event for people of all ages. While mostly families with young children attend, we have seniors, and others. This is a great way for people to learn about nature and insects by using butterflies as the highlighted insect.

Nonprofit Will Provide: 

All your supplies needed for the station you will be assigned to. The stations are located under shade canopies, however, wear appropriate desert clothing such as closed toe shoes, hat, sunscreen, etc. There will be refreshments available.

Additional Requirements: 

If you have a particular talent or interest, such as face painting, arts & crafts, or parking lot duty - please let us know.
