Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque is looking for volunteers to help in a variety of different areas such as:
• Driving
• Kitchen
• Office
• Coordinator
Come spend a few hours with us, once a week, and make a difference for those in need!
Orientations take place every Wednesday from 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at 5901 Harper Dr. If you cannot make a previously scheduled orientation, please let us know and we can schedule a one-on-one orientation for you.

Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque serves anyone of any age for any reason. We deliver meals Monday through Friday throughout Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Corrales.

All volunteers must attend a Volunteer Orientation, held every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at the Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque office located inside Presbyterian Northside Hospital - 5901 Harper Dr. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Enter through "Entrance D on the lower level. All volunteers must pass a background check (paid for by Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque) prior to service.
