Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

We are looking for ranch hands to work anywhere from once a month to 5 days a week. The ranch has a couple hundred animals, including cows, pigs, goats, chickens, lamas, and rabbits. We run a fully sustainable ranch where food headed to landfills is diverted to the ranch and fed to our animals. Meat from our animals is donated to food banks and pantries. Help care for animals, garden, paint, build structures and more.

Who Will Be Impacted Through This Project: 

We divert over 2 million pounds of food from landfills to battle global warming and we help feed the hungry in NM. We also educate children on sustainable agriculture and develop children into leaders.
