I worked with a non profit organization internationally where I created and facilitated summer camps for youth in our community. Alongside the summer camps I worked on a community project that was determined by the community members, we as volunteers facilitated the project. We set up meetings to either talk about the project and/or fundraising. These programs were implemented to developed leadership skills in the volunteers and community members.

I'm currently a human resource assistant. I process, hire, promotion, details and termination actions for the company I work for. I also check employee authorization of employment, process mail and answer phone calls. I process state tax changes, address changes and verification of employment. After processing actions, I upload required documents into our system. I transfer employees information when they are transferring to another agency.
