Office Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 
The Office Manager will oversee operation of the office, manage the registration process for Bioneers' annual conference, act as a technology resource for troubleshooting simple hardware problems and desktop support, as well as Maintain user accounts for email and workstations including setup, archiving and retiring users and workstations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility: 
The Office Manager provides Human Resources and Accounting support in the form of reporting, tracking and data entry.
Other Information/Requirements: 
This position requires superior organizational, time management and prioritization skills; expertise with MS Office Suite, google apps and databases; ability to learn new technologies quickly; knowledgeable of office machines; impeccable customer service skills. Project management certification is a plus, as is experience with Raiser's Edge.
