SGLA delivers cutting-edge leadership programs for young adults, empowering them to be effective catalysts for positive change. We train young leaders to navigate interrelated global, social, economic and environmental realities.

Transformational Youth Leadership Training::TYLT TYLT is an intensive program for 15 - 22 year old young adults that unfolds over the course of nine weeks and is divided into three distinct stages: Stage 1: Core Leadership and Sustainability Training Stage 2: Being of Service in your Community Stage 3: Launching Our Leaders of Today into the World The first stage delivers our core leadership and sustainability training in five intensive weekend workshops and 3 weeks of service work in a developing country. During this stage, you will be matched with one of our program leaders. This relationship is structured to provide you with consistent guidance and support throughout the entire program. In the second stage, we will utilize graduates new sustainability training and leadership skills through the design and implementation of a Community Sustainability Project. In the third stage, we launch youth into the world by connecting them with internships, apprenticeships, and advanced training in global sustainability at leading universities and organizations. Additionally, graduates can practice the skills they have learned during the TYLT program and be trained to be a future program leader and travel facilitator.
