Description of the Volunteer Opportunity:
Weekly opportunities to help greet clients, stock shelves, pakcage food, pick up food, distribute food, maintain building, keep records, serve refreshments, make phone calls, desktop printing, public relations. Inviting Chkristian atmosphere welcomes all.
Who Will Be Impacted Through This Project:
Senior citizens, widows and widowers, mulitgenerational families in need of assistance, those certfied as disabled, orphans being raised by grandparents or foster families, children in single parent homes,the sick and afflicted, the temporarily unemployed and those in desperate circumstances due to emergency situations.
Nonprofit Will Provide:
Volunteers are provided with refreshments. Transportation is available if needed.
Additional Requirements:
A warm heart for service to others.
